Information
Toys are made of soft smooth plush, 100% polyester fabric, with a pattern applied by sublimation printing. The print is bright and clear, does not fade, and is not toxic.Air filling synthetic fluff 100% polyester
Plush care is not complicated, delicate wash at 30°, after washing let it drain, do not wring it out! After drying, comb it with a hard, dense brush.
After complete drying, comb with a hard, dense brush to straighten the pile.
Protect from direct sunlight so that the color does not change.
When working, a table of 1345 colors is used, which shows the color shift on the layout and in print. The colors pink, blue, turquoise and green have a color shift when printed, so the color on the layout may differ from the color of your character

Commission Info and Price
Plush toys are made of high-quality smooth plush. The fabric has a small pile, very pleasant and soft to the touch.
A pattern will be developed for your character from already prepared bases - sitting, screaming and others. The pattern will be changed to suit the character, elements such as horns, ears, wings, various spikes and more will be added. The wings are of a fixed size for each style, since very large ones will simply fall without holding the shape in a raised position.

*Additional heads and paws, if any, will be for an additional fee, since the pattern will be significantly modified for them and the plush will certainly require more fabric for sewing.
Simulation in the program in which I design the patterns gives a 95% match with the real toy. 5% are flat parts, such as ears, flat plates and other elements without filling inside. The program makes them completely flat, although in life they have bulges on the seams and lines along the edges.After the pattern is developed, you will be sent screenshots to confirm the shape, the mouth, eyes and paw pads will also be marked in an unobtrusive manner. After the form is approved, you will need to make a 50% prepayment for the plush, after which work with the color will begin. The layout will be painted to match your character, taking into account the color change after printing. It is possible to make some elements on the body convex, but very little, they will just be a light relief.
Before sending to print, you will be sent screenshots for verification and making corrections to the drawing.And upon approval, sent to print.
Printing and delivery to the printing house takes me 2 weeks. Therefore, if you need a toy to make your day easier, be sure to watch this.
In case of a serious print defect, for example, a bright contrasting blot. You are notified about this, and you are given a choice - plush with a blot, or a new print order will be made.
Sewing plush 1-2 weeks, in case of any force majeure you will be notified of delays in work.
When the product is ready, photos will be taken after which you pay the remaining amount, after payment the plush will be sent by Russian Post. (there are restrictions on the countries of delivery)
Payment.
You can pay through my trusted intermediary or through my small store on BallWool shop, which is preferable. Payment through the store will consist of a prepayment in the form of a digital product listing (the listing will consist of screenshots of the plush layout from different sides, which I will show you before approving the form).
And pay the remaining 50% already in the form of a physical product, a listing with a photo of your finished plush will be issued for you ❤️In both cases, payment is possible through PayPal, through BallWool shop installments are possible.
Shipping and Returns Policy
Order dispatch period is 3-5 days, Russian Post. Delays of up to 1/1.5 weeks are possible, in this case you will be notified of the delay Average delivery time is 25 working days, on holidays the period increases
If the delivery is delayed for more than 90 days, you can request a refund. Refund/replacement of the product is made only if the parcel was lost by the transportation company. If the product was damaged during transportation, but only if there is evidence - in the form of video-unpacking of the parcel, which will show the damage
In the event that you gave the wrong address/did not pick up the parcel and it returned to me after the deadline, the re-shipment is paid by you.
The plush toy is stored with me for 3 months, if during this time you do not pay/cannot pick it up, (if the plush is fully paid, you will be refunded 50% of the cost), then you will receive a notification and the plush will be put up for sale!
